Refunds for Goods
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Just keep these details in mind:
Refund Requests: You have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to request a refund.
Reasons for Refunds: We accept refund requests for goods if:
- The item is damaged.
- The item doesn’t match its description.
- The item is the wrong size.
Exclusions: We’re unable to offer refunds for goods that have been excessively used, damaged, or have signs of wear from play. We hope you understand!
Refunds for Services
We offer various services to enhance your curling experience, but please note that all service purchases are non-refundable. These services are designed to provide you with top-quality training and support, and we’re confident you’ll love them!
Returning Your Items
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to return a product, here’s how you can do it:
In-Person Returns: You’re more than welcome to visit us at our location, which is at 1610 Dunbar Rd., Cambridge, ON N1R 8J5. We’ll be delighted to assist you in person.
Mail Returns: If visiting us in person isn’t convenient, don’t worry. You can also return goods by mail. Just follow these simple steps:
- Reach out to us at GCC (Galt Curling Club) to request authorization for your return.
- Once you receive authorization, pack up the item securely.
- Send the package back to us. Please note that return shipping expenses are your responsibility.
